Hi, I’m Shealyn Segler—a certified life coach with a deep passion for helping women reconnect with their worth, step into their power, and love themselves fiercely.

But this journey didn’t begin in confidence—it began in struggle. For years, I wrestled with self-doubt, insecurity, and the feeling that I wasn’t enough. I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the woman staring back. I know what it’s like to feel lost, unseen, and stuck in a life that doesn’t reflect your heart.

Everything changed the day I chose fierce self-love.

I went from hating myself to loving myself deeply and unapologetically. That choice awakened a magic within me that transformed every part of my life. Now, it’s my mission to walk beside other women through that same beautiful transformation—because healing is possible, joy is real, and you are worthy of every ounce of love you give.

Outside of coaching, I’m a proud wife to my high school sweetheart,  a mama to four incredible kids—three handsome boys and one beautiful girl. I thrive in the outdoors and love kayaking, camping, hiking, and hunting. I also run a custom in-home bakery where I create one-of-a-kind cakes for all occasions.

And whether I’m dancing around the kitchen, speaking on a stage, or sitting across from a client, my heart beats for one purpose:
